Being a service provider company, quality control is the most important task for Alabanda. Our related certificates and brief description on "how we control our service quality" is as follows:
1. IATA Certificate; IATA (International Air Transport Association) is an establishment, headquarters located in Switzerland. IATA controls and obliges all licensed companies, dealing with the air transportation, to obey the IATA Rules.
2. TÜRSAB Certificate; Turkish Travel Agents Association controls the Turkish Travel Agencies with its committees and regulations.
3. Ministry of Culture and Tourism; stipulates and controls several special conditions of being an "A" Group Agency.
4. Certified Travel Counselor and Certified Travel Industry Executive Certificates; are given by "Travel Institute" Massachusetts, U.S.A. Travel Institute controls its tourism representatives with the credit system which has to be taken every year. The certificates are given after 4 years of training, evaluation of productivity, and exams. There is no other person/company else in Turkey who owns these certificates, which are very influential especially in North America and European countries.
5. Alabanda has established and applies a Quality Management System for the scope of;
